Jason Aldean Williams has overcome many obstacles in his life. He was born on February 28, 1977 in Georgia. After high school, Jason joined a band, and a played some small gigs in in Alabama, Florida and Georgia. Soon he began writing his own songs. Jason was signed to a record deal, but was then dropped by the company. He signed with another record label, but was dropped again in 2000.
In 2005, Aldean released a single, "Hicktown." It was the first song released from his self-titled album. The song soon became his first Top 10 single. This debut album also produced his first No. 1 with "Why". Aldean's second album was entitled Relentless. The hit "She's Country" was the first single from Aldean's third album, Wide Open, which debuted in April of 2009.
